1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing 87sonicace.com or using our AI-based music services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in a legally binding agreement between White Wrenn Services Private Limited (“Company”, “Merchant”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and the User (“you” or “your”). 87SonicAce is a brand fully owned and operated by White Wrenn Services Private Limited. These terms apply to all transactions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Platform” refers to 87sonicace.com and any associated interfaces where AI music services are offered.

“Transaction” refers to the order placed by the User for AI-generated music.

“AI Content” refers to the audio files, melodies, or musical compositions generated by our proprietary or licensed AI models.

“Payment Instrument” includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other methods supported by our authorized payment gateways.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

87sonicace.com provides AI-based music generation services:

• Digital Delivery: We deliver the final digital product directly to the User via the email address or account provided during the order process.
• Fulfillment Timeline: A transaction is considered legally fulfilled and complete once the digital file is dispatched or made available for download at the User’s registered contact point.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI USAGE

• Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, White Wrenn Services Private Limited grants you a non-exclusive license to use the generated AI Content for personal and commercial purposes.
• Nature of AI: You acknowledge that content is algorithmically generated. The Company does not guarantee that the content will not share mathematical similarities with other AI outputs.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

White Wrenn Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI services. All payments are made at the user's own risk, and the Company is not responsible for transaction declines by issuing banks or unauthorized use of payment instruments.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the Laws of India.
• Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration and legal proceedings shall be Mumbai, India.

7. REFUNDS & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

For issues regarding service deficiency or payment errors, please contact our Grievance Officer.

8. STATUTORY DISCLAIMER

Upon initiating a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with White Wrenn Services Private Limited. Information provided for payments may be shared with third-party fraud verification agencies as required by Indian law and RBI guidelines.
