• Order Details: Information you provide directly when ordering a song (Project Details, Genre preferences).

Your data is used strictly for:

• Creating and managing your 87SonicAce account.
• Fulfilling your music orders and communicating project updates.
• Transaction History: We record successful transactions including the amount, date, and purchase details to provide you with a billing history.

4. Financial Data Safety

We do not store financial instruments. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. White Wrenn Services Private Limited never sees or stores your credit card numbers, bank details, or CVV. We only receive a confirmation of payment from the processor.

5. Data Security & Storage

6. Google API Disclosure

87SonicAce's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Retention Policy

We maintain your personal data and project files for as long as your subscription with 87SonicAce remains active and valid.

• Post-Expiration: If your subscription expires or is cancelled, we will retain your data for a period of 14 days as a grace period to allow for renewal or manual backup.
• Purging: After this 14-day window, your data may be permanently deleted or anonymized from our active databases, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.

8. Changes to Services & Additional Offerings

White Wrenn Services Private Limited reserves the right to add, modify, or delete specific services or features within the 87SonicAce platform at our sole discretion.

• Applicability: All current privacy clauses, including our data retention policy, apply equally to any new services introduced.
• Service Discontinuation: If a specific service or feature is discontinued, the associated data will still be handled according to the retention timelines outlined in Section 7. The stoppage of a service does not result in the immediate loss of data until the 14-day post-subscription period has elapsed.

9. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. Upon request, we will purge your name, email, and OAuth tokens from our active databases within 30 days.
