1. BINDING AGREEMENT
Upon completing a Transaction on 87sonicace.com, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable
agreement with
White Wrenn Services Private Limited to purchase digital credits (Tokens) and/or
AI-generated music services.
2. TOKEN ALLOCATION & VIRTUAL CREDITS
Strict No-Refund Policy on Tokens:
- Instant Provisioning: Tokens are digital units of value used to access our AI
processing power. Once a purchase is successful, tokens are instantly provisioned and allocated
to your specific User ID.
- Irrevocable Nature: Because tokens represent a pre-allocated reservation of
high-cost AI computational resources, they are considered immediately consumed upon
delivery to your account dashboard.
- No Cash Value: Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be
redeemed, "cashed out," or refunded back to your bank account once the transaction is complete.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Order Initiation: Once you spend a token to initiate a song generation, the
production process is automated and instantaneous. Cancellation is not possible once the "Generate"
command is sent to our AI models.
- Technical Lock: Our systems allocate GPU/TPU computing power the moment a token is
spent; therefore, we cannot reverse the transaction once the processing begins.
4. REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL ASSETS)
- Final Sale: All token purchases and AI-generated music deliveries are Final
Sales.
- Artistic Subjectivity: We do not offer refunds or token "re-credits" based on
creative dissatisfaction or subjective taste. The AI produces results based on your specific prompts
and inputs.
- Technical Failure: In the rare event of a system crash where a token is deducted
but no file is generated, White Wrenn Services Private Limited will, at its sole discretion,
re-credit the lost token to your account upon verification of the logs.
5. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate debit for the same token pack, the
excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days after verification
of our gateway logs.
6. REFUND CLAIM PROCESS
- Timeframe: Claims regarding duplicate charges or failed token deliveries must be
submitted within three (3) days.
- Contact: Email your Transaction ID and account email to

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
White Wrenn Services Private Limited is not liable for any financial loss due to unauthorized account
access if you fail to secure your login credentials or OAuth tokens.
